The hot water generated during the operation of the diesel generator set reaches the heat exchange pipe through the outlet pipe of the diesel generator set and is cooled by the cold water from the cold pool. The circulating hot water temperature of the diesel generator set drops and flows back to the diesel engine water tank. After the water tank is cooled again, it flows back to the diesel generator set and cools the diesel generator set.
The cold water of the cold pool is filtered and then pumped to the heat exchanger. After cooling the circulating hot water of the diesel generator set, the water temperature rises and is sent to the hot pool.
The hot pool and the cold pool are isolated from each other. Only an overflow hole is opened on the middle wall. When the domestic hot water consumption is very small, the hot water from the hot pool flows to the cold pool through the overflow hole.
The water level of the cold pool is automatically controlled by the working valve of the water level. The water level of the water level control valve is 200mm lower than the overflow hole. When the domestic hot water is large, the water level of the cooling pool is automatically replenished by the water supply pipe.
